This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all flight training, proficiency checks, skill tests, and associated ground instruction. By booking or commencing any training or test, the customer accepts this policy in full.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than forty-eight hours before the scheduled activity may be rescheduled once, subject to instructor and aircraft availability. Cancellations within forty-eight hours of the scheduled time, or failure to attend, will be charged in full. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows, regardless of reason.

Once a flight, simulator session, briefing, debriefing, or skill test has commenced, it is considered delivered and non-refundable. This includes partial flights, interrupted sessions, or tests discontinued due to student performance, regulatory limitations, personal readiness, or failure to meet prerequisites.
Weather-related cancellations are assessed solely by the instructor or examiner in accordance with safety, operational limits, and applicable regulations. If a session is cancelled by us for weather or technical reasons before commencement, the activity will be rescheduled. Refunds are not offered in such cases unless rescheduling is impossible.

Failure to meet licensing, medical, documentation, or regulatory requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend training at any time for safety, regulatory, or conduct reasons. In such cases, no refund is due for services already delivered or costs incurred.
